My wife and I used Axtraction to remove branches from trees near our home, and chop down a dead tree in out backyard. They gave us a very reasonable quote and came out the following day to complete... the work.My technician, Alex, patiently listened as I explained what work needed to be done. We had a great experience with Axtraction Tree Service. To begin, their prices did not cost us an arm and a leg. We had quotes prior to Axtraction and we were putting off getting our tree removed... because of the prices. We then found Axtraction and the prices were VERY reasonable. We spoke with Alex and he was very friendly and never once made us feel pressured on getting our tree removed. He was patient with us and very professional when giving us our quote. The day of tree removal, their team was on time and very professional. They left some trunks on our yard and said they’d come the next day to pick it up. They kept their word and came early the next day. They left our driveway clean as if we never had a tree removed. It was as if they were never there. They were very communicative and responded quickly. I would definitely recommend Axtraction and we will be using them in the future for a few other trees we need removed.read more

I've used Axtraction twice now!! I called back in February because I had a forest in my backyard. The amount of trees and saplings in my backyard didn't allow for any type of entertainment or... recreation so I decided that I wanted to get rid of some of them leaving a few for shade, to include a very large oak. I reached out to Axtraction and they were extremely responsive. Billy and his team came right out to get an estimate and after seeing my property, quoted me fairly. I had to wait for HOA approval and once that came through, they were out right away. I had more than 30 trees removed (under 6 in in diameter) and my large oak pruned to keep it healthy. I was satisfied with the work at that time but after my large oak dropped a large 40ft branch that could've caused severe damage to life or my home, I decided to call Billy back and have the team come and remove the large 90ft oak, all remaining trees, and grind the stumps so that I could really open the space for future use and not be worried that the tree would come down on my house. They came out with huge machinery and used protective padding on the side of my house to protect my grass and my neighbors grass from the weight of the machines, that would assist in the removal of such a large tree. They spent a good majority of the day working on the big tree in addition to 10+ more trees that I had decided to take out to open up the space. After the trees were all down, they ground more than 40 stumps (from the previous work and the current) and the large oak stump. Whenever I found another stump while doing my walk through, the main guy would come and grind it down. They didn't leave until I was fully satisfied. Now, I have a very large area in my backyard to add whatever I want and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!read more
